On Saturday, August 12, Baughman will hold the 24th Annual Ice Cream Festival from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Baughman Memorial United Methodist Church, 228 Bridge St., New Cumberland, PA. 

Five flavors of ice cream are made on a refurbished John Deere Tractor. Attendees can enjoy ice cream in dishes, cones, sundaes, or with pie! 

Hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken corn soup and beverages will also be available for purchase. This year, is the inaugural year featuring the specialty Baughman Burger! 

From noon to 5 p.m., free entertainment featuring the following musical talents will be on the lawn: 

  • Noon:  Raspberry Carpet - Contemporary Christian Music 
  • 1 p.m.:  Keystone Concert Band - Show Tunes and Classics
  • 2 p.m.: West Shore Youth Band - 55 Member Concert BAnd 
  • 3 p.m.: Mich Cochran - Keyboard/Vocalist

The Central Pennsylvania Bloodmobile will be present from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. to accept blood donations.
