Downtown Daily Bread has been serving the greater Harrisburg area for over 41 years. This mission provides basic human necessities to hundreds of homeless and hungry individuals in the city of Harrisburg, PA. They offer a Soup Kitchen with weekday breakfasts and daily lunches. They also offer a Day Shelter with cots, computers, phones, and staff counselors; a winter season Night Shelter for men, and numerous assistance programs such as showers, lockers, mail delivery, laundry cards, vouchers for photo IDs, clothing, and other personal hygiene items.

HOW TO SERVE

Baughman Church has covenanted with Downtown Daily Bread to serve the Harrisburg area every third Thursday and fourth Tuesday of every month. You will serve meals, the love of Jesus, and provide a caring heart. We leave 11:30 am and will be back at Baughman Church by 1:30. Space it limited so please sign up.
